Christmas Evening and the day after Christmas

We left for Seguin on Christmas Evening.  Our departure was planned around the opening of the lights in Cuero.

They were beautiful, like always!

I didn't take many pictures of the gifts but I did get a picture of the empty boxes that were once filled full of toys and clothes that I unloaded on Christmas evening.

The karaoke cordless microphone.....I'm sure the neighbors will love us more than they do already!

We finally went to see Frozen, we loved it!

Harper and Hadlee have the idea that we will be fish owners soon.  I texted this to their Daddy and he said absolutely not!    Sophia and Catherine were with us for a month and are missed, I just don't think we are ready for an aquarium.

A little after dinner icecream treat.

Santa came to visit!

Hadlee, Hays and Harper woke up on Christmas morning to find out that Santa came to their Mema and Papa's house.  Hadlee was up almost every hour, checking the house to see if Santa had made it yet.  Oh yes she did......she didn't see him because he must have arrived sometime between 3 and 5 and she slept right through him putting presents out and filling up their stockings while she slept on the couch.  The kids even set their watches two nights before so they would go off at midnight and during the early morning.  I'm not sure how many times Hadlee's watch went off but Hays and Harper weren't as eager to see Santa.
All three were up before everyone else, looking to see what they got.  Hadlee was so disappointed that the reindeer didn't eat her food.....the only reason we could think of is that they were really full and couldn't eat anymore.  Santa ate all his cookies and drank his milk.   Santa didn't bring all the packages inside and left the Victoria presents on the front porch.  Haidyn had a cold riding toy.  We are lacking pictures, I wasn't sick, just a little tired....

Hays got a calendar in his stocking and started filling it up with birthdays.

He is definitely loves to remember dates.

The girls got lots of bracelet making stuff and bows in their stockings.

Harper was excited and actually posed for a picture.

When Hannah came over they got to go outside to see what Santa brought them.

A basketball goal for lots of outside entertainment.

Harper chasing Haidyn.  They all got boots for their growing feet from Santa.
