Checkers

We have two new additions to our family, the first on is a three year old cat. We first saw her at Petsmart in San Antonio before Christmas. She had been at a local animal shelter for almost a year when a no kill facility took her to their adoption place. The adoption place took her to Petsmart before Christmas and she was still there when we went back after New Years. The girls begged me to get "Freckles" since she still didn't have a home. We made two trips to see the cat and when their Daddy made the third visit we were taking a cat home with us.
She has settled well into our family. We renamed her Checkers (#2), and she loves hanging out in with the girls.
