Here's a picture of Hadlee's picture frame and picture that she made on the first night.
Hannah working on her crayons shavings for her stained glass crayon cross.
Our mornings were pretty low key.
We had to run lots of errands during the week. Every afternoon after they were "angels" during errands I treated them to indoor playground time.
Hays posing after he got in time-out for screaming on the playground.
We ate our share of sweets during the week. We had McDonalds and Chick-fil-A icecream every afternoon during the week.
We went to visit Ms. Arnold at the nursing home. She's been there since she broke her hip in May and was so excited to see the gang.
Mema took us back to school shoe shopping. She has been doing it since they were 3 years and it still drives me crazy 4 years later. We managed to get in and out with nothing broken and with new shoes. Mema had to get a new purse and Hadlee thought she could talk her into an owl purse for herself.....
Hadlee has Orange leaf on her bucket list and we have had Cherry Berry and Spoons this summer. As far as she is concerned they don't count as her frozen yogurt treat.
Harper sending love to her daddy.
On Saturday all three were in a fashion show at the Victoria Mall. A couple of weeks before Harper and I were having a shopping date together. Dillards had a sign up looking for people to be in a back to school fashion show so we signed her up. The other two really wanted to be in it so I asked if they could when they contacted me about Harper.
Harper was nervous before her time on stage. She did a great job! You would have never known that she was so scared. The kids had a fan club- Nana, Aunt Sue, Mema, Papa and me.
Hadlee was super excited to be in the fashion show.
Hays walking the runway and his fans are cheering him on. He loved doing the fashion show and enjoyed the experience. I didn't get a picture of him falling off the stage. He fell off the back part of the stage and came up with his hand up saying, "I'm fine, I'm o.k."
They still aren't too old for some Elmo lovin'.
